TRX Rip Trainer:
Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to
provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength,
mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.

movements which, when performed properly, enhance fluidity and range of motion
