CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

TRX:   
Born in the Navy SEALS, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.  The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.      
 ·      Get a fast, effective total body workout 
 ·      Helps build a rock-solid core 
 ·      Increases muscular endurance 
 ·      Benefits people of all fitness levels!!  Pro athletes to seniors and                     
        everyone in between! 
 ·      By utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer         
        provides greater performance and functionality than large exercise      .
        machines costing thousands of dollars.      

TRX Fusion:   
TRX Fusion classes combine TRX Suspension Training, TRX Rip Training, bosu/medicine/stability balls, kettlebells, and cardio all performed in a rotational circuit.  TRX Fusion Training helps you become better at what you do, whatever you do, and keeps training fun to it feels like recess instead of a chore!        

TRX Rip Trainer:   
Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.   The Rip Trainer allows users to engage in unlimited movements which, when performed properly, enhance fluidity and range of motion and decrease the risk of injury.  Whether used for high speed striking movements or slow speed strength and stability exercises, the Rip Trainer is the perfect training tool for elite level athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and even people wanting to exercise for the first time.     

Piloxing:   
Piloxing is an exciting, new inter-disciplinary program that is attracting die hard followers including Hollywood celebrities and international stars.   Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. Piloxing blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates.  Add to that the fun and sexy dance moves!    

In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves, which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.  (Please see your Piloxing instructor for more information about how you can purchase a pair of weighted gloves).

Kettlebell Ampd-

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart pumping music and your favorite Kettlebell moves, combines them into 50min of calorie torching fun! Amazing workout!!
